Entering your E-mail information into Triptiva
Prerequisites: You can begin entering your email setup information into Triptiva after you enter your company information on the Options screen.
Purpose: Adding your e-mail setup information into Triptiva will allow you to send email confirmations directly from Triptiva.
Steps to enter your e-mail setup:
Open Triptiva and log-in.
Click [Options] along the top menu bar.
When you open [Options], it should default to the [Company Information] tab.
To begin entering your e-mail setup information click [E-mail Setup] on the tab along the bottom of the screen.

Unlock the screen by clicking on the

button in the top right corner that is below the
log-out button.
You may need to contact your e-mail administrator to gather the following information. After you’ve gathered everything, enter the information into the following fields:
Mail Server
SMTP Username
SMTP Password
Port Number
Enable SSL Encryption (yes or no)
Authenticate Credentials (yes or no)
Click [Test E-mail Account] to test the e-mail connection.
When you are finished, click the lock button to save the information.
