Specifying Your Store Location in Triptiva

Prerequisites: Have a login name and password. Specifying your store(s) is one of your first setup steps.

Purpose: Tritpiva tracks reservations, rentals, sales reports, etc. by store. If you have multiple stores you will want to add each location's information. If you have a single store, you will add it and Triptiva will assign all sales and reports to this one store.

Steps for entering your store information:

  1. Log-in to Triptiva
  2. Click the [Options] tab on the top navigation bar
  3. Within [Options] click the [Stores] tab
  4. You will see the following screen (your rows may appear blank if you have not entered data):

  6. Unlock the screen by clicking on the button in the top right corner below the button. The button will now appear as .
  7. Double click in the ‘store name’ column next to the asterisk (*) at the bottom of the database. This action will allow you to begin adding each store's information.
  8. Remember to add all of the information in the following fields:
    • Store Name
    • Address
    • City
    • State
    • Zip
    • E-mail
    • Local Phone
    • Toll-Free Phone
    • Display Name (useful for businesses with more than one operating name)
  9. When you finish adding your information, click the button to save your data and lock the screen. The screen will display the image when completed.
